Die Schaffung von preisg\u00fcnstigen Wohnungen dringend n\u00f6tig. Wallisellen soll eine lebendige Stadt mit einer guten Sozialen Durchmischung sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die&nbsp;<strong>Tagesstruktur M\u00f6sli<\/strong>, vor \u00fcber 10 Jahren als Provisorium errichtet, hat die Kapazit\u00e4tsgrenze erreicht und entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Bed\u00fcrfnissen. Ein zeitgem\u00e4sser Neubau, der den Anforderungen des zuk\u00fcnftigen Betreuungsbedarfs entspricht, ist notwendig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Vorstand empfiehlt f\u00fcr beide Gesch\u00e4fte ein JA am 3.
