Begegnungszonen, Gr\u00fcnr\u00e4ume und Massnahmen f\u00fcr die Verbesserung des Lokalklimas etc) verursachergerecht und gezielt gef\u00f6rdert werden. Durch eine raumplanerische Massnahme kommen betroffene Grundst\u00fcckbesitzer in den Genuss eines Gewinnes. Es ist nur gerecht, wenn durch einen angemessenen Mehrwertausgleich von 40% ein Teil dieses Mehrwertes allen Walliseller:innen zugutekommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Verz\u00f6gerung bei der Festsetzung des Mehrwertausgleiches verhindert eine gezielte, sinnvolle Entwicklung von Wallisellen.
